About Alyzix health
Built by practitioners who practice this way.
Alyzix was founded by two clinicians who already work at the intersection of mental health and nutrition and who built the professional infrastructure they wished had existed for their entire careers.
Alyzix is a professional membership for licensed therapists, registered dietitians, and psychiatric providers in independent practice. It was founded by Brittaney Wood, LPC and Brittany Adelman, RD LDN to close the gap between disciplines that are treating the same clients from opposite sides of a referral relationship with no shared language, no shared framework, and no professional home that bridges both worlds.
Why Alyzix exists
The consultation room should have all three disciplines in it.
Therapists, registered dietitians, and psychiatric providers are often treating the same client with no direct line of communication, no shared clinical language, and no professional community that speaks to all three disciplines at once.
That gap costs clients. A therapist whose client's eating patterns are affecting their mental health needs to understand the nutrition picture. A dietitian supporting a client whose relationship with food is bound up with their mental health needs fluency in the mental health landscape. A psychiatric provider managing medication for a client those other providers are also seeing needs to understand how each discipline is approaching the case.None of them can do their best work in isolation. And until Alyzix, none of them had a professional home built for the way they actually practice.
Alyzix is the infrastructure for providers who already know this.
The founders
Two disciplines.
One shared vision.
Both founders carry active clinical caseloads in the specialties Alyzix serves. Alyzix is built from practice.

What we stand for
The principles behind allyd
They are the clinical and professional commitments that shaped every decision in building Alyzix.
01
Cross-disciplinary care is the standard, not a specialty
Integrative providers should not have to work harder to access clinical infrastructure than single-discipline providers. Alyzix normalizes the cross-disciplinary lens for therapists, dietitians, and psychiatric providers practicing together.
02
Clinical precision, not wellness language
Alyzix speaks in the language its members use. No wellness platitudes, no oversimplification. The training, templates, and community are built for licensed clinicians.
03
Providers deserve a professional home that actually fits
Single-discipline organizations cannot fully serve integrative providers. Alyzix was built because that professional home did not exist. It does now.
04
Both founders are present, not just represented
The case consultation calls, the community, the curriculum: both founders are actively present in all of it. Alyzix is not a platform that outsources its expertise.
05
Built from practice
Every training module, template, and framework element comes from real clinical work by two founders who see clients now, in the specialties Alyzix serves.
06
The community is built around clinical topics, not general connection
That gap costs clients. A therapist whose client's eating patterns are affecting their mental health needs to understand the nutrition picture. A dietitian supporting a client whose relationship with food is bound up with their mental health needs fluency in the mental health landscape. A psychiatric provider managing medication for a client those other providers are also seeing needs to understand how each discipline is approaching the case.

Alyzix was founded because therapists, registered dietitians, and psychiatric providers treating the same clients had no shared professional infrastructure.
